Noweir Market Data is a read-only market-data service that provides stock quotes, historical price data, technical indicators, symbol search, and Yahoo-derived company metadata to AI clients and web users.
The service does not require a user account and does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, payment details, brokerage credentials, or portfolio login information. Requests may contain ticker symbols, company-search terms, and technical query parameters needed to return the requested market data.
Request information is used only to retrieve, calculate, cache, and return the market-data response requested by the user, and to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.
The hosting and network providers used to operate the service may process standard technical request information such as IP address, timestamp, browser or client type, requested path, and diagnostic logs. Their handling and retention of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Market history and company metadata are retrieved from Yahoo Finance through the open-source yfinance library. U.S. symbol search uses public Nasdaq Trader symbol-directory files. Requests for a ticker may therefore result in requests to those data sources. The service does not sell personal information or share personal information with advertisers.
The application uses short-lived in-memory caches to reduce repeated provider requests. Price responses may be cached for about 60 seconds, company metadata for about 15 minutes, and the public U.S. symbol directory for about 12 hours. These caches are operational and are not user profiles. The application does not maintain a user-profile database and does not intentionally persist individual user prompts. Hosting-provider logs may be retained according to the hosting provider's own operational policies.
Because the service does not create user accounts or maintain a user-profile database, there is no account profile to edit or delete. Users may stop using the service at any time. The service does not connect to bank or brokerage accounts, place trades, execute financial transactions, or request trading credentials.
